is collected on a daily basis from Monday to
Friday by Royal Mail.

dispatch all orders within 1 working day of
cleared payment being received.

all customers by an automated email when an
item has been dispatched. To check your
dispatch date for yourself all you have to
do is log into eBay, select the item you
have bought, click on 'view order details'
and you will be able to see your dispatch
date.

All UK
mail is sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery
– the vast majority of which arrives in 1-2
working days. If your item has not
been received in 3 working days it is worth
checking with your local delivery office to
see if they are holding an item for you.

postman should leave a red card to say they
are holding an item for you but this does
not always happen. Unfortunately we
are not able to do this for you as the Royal
Mail will only speak to the addressee.
