We hope you
are happy with you item but if for any
reason you are not then we accept returns
within 14 days of receipt. Our address for
returns is on the invoice you received with
your parcel |

When returning
the item please include a note with the
invoice number and your reason for return. If
you do not do this it will cause us
difficulty in allocating the item to you and
cause a delay in your refund. To make this
easy you can send back the sales invoice we
included with the parcel. |

When your item
is received we will email to let you know it
has returned and we will process your refund
or exchange depending on your request. |

Exchanges are
dependant on stock availability at the time
of return. |

Please note we
are not able to refund postage costs for
sending the item to you or back to us unless
as a result of our error. |

You are
advised to obtain a certificate of postage
or send recorded when returning your item as
we are unable to accept liability for non
received items. |

Goods must be
returned in unused condition. |
